ProtoTech Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior BIM Architect to join our team in Wakad, Pune.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience

Internship, academic projects, or training in BIM, Revit, or AutoCAD will be an added advantage

Software Skills

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Autodesk Revit

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modeling
Understanding of BIM concepts and architectural drawings
Familiarity with point cloud technology or exposure through academic projects is a plus
Ability to create and modify Revit families

Preferred Attributes

Exposure to BIM through coursework, internships, or certification programs
Knowledge of US or Canadian building standards is an advantage but not mandatory
Ability to adapt to project requirements and meet deadlines
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work

BIM Architect

Location: Pune (Wakad)
Experience: 2–4 years
Preferred Exposure: US/Canada project exposure preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Architect with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit to develop and coordinate accurate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
Convert 2D drawings, point cloud data, and sketches into accurate models
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and BIM teams for smooth project execution
Perform clash detection and model coordination
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and maintain organized project documentation
Apply understanding of U.S. building codes such as IBC, ADA, NFPA, and local state codes in model development and documentation

Skills Required:

2+ years of BIM modeling experience
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion
Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Rhino is a plus
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills
