Job Title: Lead / Manager Design Engineer (Civil) - Highway Design & Development

Job Description:

We are looking for a Design Engineer (Civil) with experience in highway design and development

Key Responsibilities:

Design and drafting highway corridors, grading, drainage, and utilities.
Perform land surveying.
Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Carlson for design and drafting tasks.
Collaborate with teams to ensure project delivery.
Handling a team of 8-10 peoples.
Oversee project planning, execution, and timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.
Ensure adherence to international standards and best practices, with exposure to US and Europe-based projects.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, managing and delegating tasks effectively.
Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

BE in Civil Engineering.
4-10 years of experience in highway design , land surveying, and utilities planning.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D; Carlson is a plus.
Knowledge of highway design principles and industry standards.
2+ Years of experience in team handling.
Expertise in design calculations, grading, drainage, and earthwork analysis.
Proficiency in project estimation and cost analysis to support budgeting and financial planning.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

Preferred:

Experience with US ,Europe and Canada-based projects.
