Project Overview

To enhance efficiency in laboratory surface planning, we developed a cutting-edge application for designing and customizing tabletop structures. The software provides two key functionalities:

  • Room Context: Users can create and visualize room layouts, which are then converted into individual countertop pieces.
  • Piece Context: Users can directly design individual countertop pieces with advanced customization features.

The software supports extensive customization, including over 100 types of cutouts, adjoining options, edge finishes, overbuilds, and partial edges. All design data is systematically stored in a database, generating precise tool paths for manufacturing. By integrating this tool into their workflow, our client has significantly improved efficiency, precision, and production quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
