We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Architect with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit to develop and coordinate accurate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Convert 2D drawings, point cloud data, and sketches into accurate models.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and BIM teams for smooth project execution.
Perform clash detection and model coordination (knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks preferred).

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and hands-on experience in civil design and survey drafting—particularly for US and Canada-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

Land Development

Design and modify surfaces for site grading, including surface creation, editing, and grading to meet project specifications.
Create alignments, profiles, and assemblies to support roadway and infrastructure designs.
Develop corridor models, including intersections and complex land features.
Perform cut-and-fill calculations and surface analysis to optimize grading and earthwork.
Manage sheet creation and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Convert survey data into CAD formats for seamless integration into project designs.

Utilities

Design and model pipe networks for stormwater drainage and sanitary sewer systems using Civil 3D tools.
Prepare and manage construction sheets with clear and organized documentation.
Edit part lists, create pipe catalogs, and build custom parts in Civil 3D for complex utility designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
2–4 years of relevant experience in civil design and drafting.
