BIM ARCHITECT

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret building specifications, sites, and applicable codes.
Utilize CAD tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and other 3D modeling software to produce
accurate models and drawings.
Prepare detailed technical drawings and illustrative sketches tailored to client requirements.
Develop precise floor plans, elevations, sectional layouts, and other architectural
details with high accuracy.
Generate estimates and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality
and efficiency.
Oversee project schedules to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Attend technical calls to understand and address client requirements effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 8 years (preferably with exposure to US/Canada projects).
Skills: Excellent communication abilities, proficiency in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D
modeling applications.

Must have experience working on US and Canada-based projects.
