BIM Architect

Location: Pune – Wakad (WFO – 5 Days)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Experience: 2–4 years (Experience with US/Canada projects preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Architect with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit to develop and coordinate accurate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Convert 2D drawings, point cloud data, and sketches into accurate models.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and BIM teams for smooth project execution.
Perform clash detection and model coordination (knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks preferred).
Ensure compliance with BIM standards and maintain organized project documentation.
Apply understanding of U.S. building codes (IBC, ADA, NFPA, local state codes) in model development and documentation.

Skills Required:

2+ years of BIM modeling experience.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.

We are looking a detail-oriented Design Engineer with strong expertise in Autodesk Inventor for creating high-quality, manufacturable 3D part models. The role involves translating 2D drawings, specifications, and reference documentation into accurate Inventor part files (.ipt) following industry best practices and customer standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent.
Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, GD&T, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.

Technical Skills

Mandatory:

Autodesk Inventor – strong 3D part modeling expertise.
Experience working with parametric modeling, constraints, and feature-based design.
Ability to interpret 2D drawings and convert them into manufacturable 3D models.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Review

Review and interpret all engineering inputs including:

2D drawings, sketches, and design specifications
Reference images
Tolerances and material requirements
Existing CAD files (.ipt, .iam, .stp, .dwg)

Clarify ambiguities and ensure complete understanding of modeling requirements.

2. 3D Part Modeling (Autodesk Inventor)

Create precise, professional 3D part models using Autodesk Inventor (.ipt format).
Apply parametric modeling techniques to ensure fully controlled, editable designs.
Follow best modeling practices: Fully constrained sketches, Clean, logical feature tree structure, Named parameters and dimension-driven modeling and Adaptive / non-adaptive modeling as required
Apply correct material properties and ensure models are suitable for: Assembly integration, Manufacturing workflows and Technical drawing creation (.idw/.dwg)

3. Quality & Standards Compliance

Ensure models meet all dimensional, geometric, and engineering requirements.
Maintain clean file organization, naming standards, and version control.
Deliver models free of errors, over-constraints, or redundant features.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Jr. Civil Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and experience in civil design and survey drafting, particularly for US- and Canada-based projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
2–4 years of relevant experience in civil design and drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; experience in surface modeling is a strong advantage.
Excellent problem-solving and mathematical skills.
High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Produce accurate topographic exhibits illustrating existing site conditions, contours, and elevations for project planning and permitting.
Prepare houseline plats, boundary and topographic plans, ALTA plans, as-built plans, subdivision maps, and perform point cloud data processing.
Ensure designs meet client requirements and recognized codes and standards.
Manage projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
